Mr. M N Reddy was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2002 and has an experience of more than 20 years in the profession.

He graduated in B. Com., from APRDC (Andhra Pradesh Residential Degree College), Nagarjuna Sagar, Nagarjuna University, AP., one of the premier Graduate institutes in India.

He has an expertise in the field of statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, direct & indirect taxation, corporate laws, concurrent audits, transactions audits, labor laws, factories act, payroll accounting, credit processing services, stock & book debts audits, revenue audits, project finance & project appraisals, due diligence, registration of all statutory licenses for all types of business and statutory filings.

Post articles training period & before qualification, he worked in office of the Official Liquidator, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India where he used to take care of Direct & Indirect tax matters, scrutiny of Schemes of amalgamations & statement of affairs, half yearly & annual accounts filings in High Court & accounts Maintenance, Investigation & adjudication of claims for all companies under liquidation.

He has been the member of Lions Clubs International for the last 18 years. He served as a committee member, director, District Chairman, Treasurer, & President for the Lions Club of Hyderabad, Sanath Nagar. He was awarded with Excellent Treasurer Award in the district for the year 2013-14 and the Best President in the district for the year 2014-15.

He is the life member of BCAS (Bombay Chartered Accountants Society) and is the member of FTAPCCI (The Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry). He was nominated as committee member for Direct Tax Committee of FTAPCCI for the year 2016-18.
